Today we use a breathing pattern to help us energize, so we have an easier time to focus in times when we might feel a little off.
Take a few minutes of space where you are not disturbed, just to be by yourself (even if other people are in the room, just turn inward). Breathe in for a count of 6, hold your breath for a moment, out for 3. Then iterate, in for 6, hold, out for 3, in for 6, hold, out for 3.
As the last two days, the idea is to practice this when you are not or only a little triggered, so it is a well-practiced and readily available tool when you really need it.
