Meditation has been part of my consistent practice for about 20 years now. I started with ten minutes a day, I went to the depth of a 10-day Vipassana retreat in 2015, another two-week silent, solo off-technology retreat in 2020, I continue to study with teachers I admire (Sally Kempton, Sharon Salzberg, Tara Brach, Howard Cohn, and more), and I deepen my practice in sitting every day. Find some of my meditations for free below or on Insight Timer.
More than any achievement, the benefit is in the practice itself, the constant exploration of the journey inward, acceptance of what is, letting my feelings pass through me, letting go of attachments, finding peace and bliss in the stillness of the moment and enjoying everything that is present.
I firmly trust in the process of life, in the beauty of constant unfolding, and I put my intentions in being love and serving the world at bringing more love into it.

I love writing and recording guided meditations.
