Day 4 “Breathing for release”

Today we will learn Lion’s breath. It looks funny, it may feel funny to do it the first time, so just roll with it and have fun and laugh when you feel like it.

This pattern helps release tension, so it is really good when you need to blow off steam. You might want to get familiar with it when you are not super triggered, just so you have it in your toolbox. If you can’t come up with the energy to release and need something to show you that it works, then just think of something that recently made you angry and that will be a good opportunity to release any charge around it.
